"Give a Gril the right shoes and she can conquer the world"
As a child, I dreamed of becoming a professional dancer—I loved being on stage and taking people on a journey of performance, emotional entertainment and curiosity, until I realized that what truly excited me wasn’t just movement, but the momentum it creates when you are on stage and can take people on a journey in their minds. I’ve always been driven by creative ideas, bold decisions, and the power of bringing people together to build something bigger than themselves.
That’s why I became a startup operator and trainer—helping founders and teams turn vision into execution, navigate uncertainty, and create impact. Whether it’s business development, branding, or negotiations. I started my own podcast "Prototype yourself" as a side project to, gave workshops, keynotes and panel discussions in different international settings on the intersection of innovation, communication and psychology and enjoy my moments on stage most when I can lift others up even more. This is why I love moderating events so much. Now I organize and manage people brands like Tijen Onaran, help Founders to strengthen their voice and moderate and organize events from 10 to 500 people.
